Ideal space saving solution and fantastic customer service

This slimline style shoe rack in exactly what i needed. It tucks easily behind a door and saves a ton of space. The directions aren't the easiest to follow, but once you figure it out, you can put it together on about 20 minutes. My order was missing the top shelf, but customer service sent out a quick replacement. I currently have an assortment of shoes in it, men's dress shoes, women's running shoes, chuck taylors, and birkenstocks, and it does a great job with all of them, I am probably going to get a few more to put in other rooms. If you're on the fence - go ahead and get it!

I definitely got what I paid for with this product it’s OK a little bit flimsy but after setting up and reinforcing it against the wall it’s fine for what it is. Would not buy again
