I wear this when I'm cleaning the house during the day and it works great! This doesn't completely stop you from sweating, but it does stop sweat from dripping onto your face. Also, I don't get as tired from the heat with it as without. If it's 90 degrees outside, it doesn't work either. It feels like only hot air is circulating over you, but in the doors it's perfect and it's all I need anyway.
