Review on PunPun Double Wall Insulated Glass Espresso Cups: Set Of 2 Demitasse And Iced Coffee Cups by Avishai Menon

I bought these cups and love them, they keep my coffee/tea hot much longer than a regular cup. So I bought 2 more and that is where I ran into a problem, one of the cups got water in between the glass walls from the little hole in the bottom when I ran it through the dishwasher. So now there is dishwasher water in there and I can’t seem to get it out. Hopefully the company will be able to replace it. If I can figure out how to contact them.Update: I contacted the company about the defective cup and they replied right away and sent me a replacement cup quickly. Excellent customer service! Five stars!
