strong synthetic smell - (stink)
I was excited to get this especially during Covid as my masks seem to knock off earrings and I have a lot of mismatches around the house. SO. it looked like the perfect solution. For the price, I wish it was made out of thicker pieces of acrylic, but I was still okay with being able to see my accessories and the dust-proof design. But it smells like it's loaded with VOCs, which poses a health hazard. It may be E6000 type glue, but I could still smell it through the box when it arrived and even more so after it was unpacked. I put it outside in the garage so it wouldn't emit any more volatile compounds.
