First bought a bark resistant collar which was TERRIBLE! it shocked my dog when he didn't even bark and traumatized him, it happened at the highest level too! YOU KNOW I SENT IT BACK IMMEDIATELY! So I bought it on the recommendation of a friend who uses it with his two dogs. Boy do I love this. I only had to shock my dogs once with low voltage after they heard the beep warning they were going to shock (manually I pressed the beep and kept saying no) when they wouldn't stop barking I was 30% shocked and after that my dog associated the beep with the shock and has stopped barking every time he hears the beep or sees the remote ever since.
