Open neck makes sweater slip off dog

I have a mix of 45lb boxers and labradors and this sweater won't stay on. She has a broad chest and her cleavage is wide and open (probably due to the "hoodie," which is cute but impractical. Instead of hugging my pup's neck, the sweater itself slid down to mid-chest and then almost to the Waist where she could pull her front legs out.The size of the sweater (L) wasn't a problem as it was the right length.The problem was the neckline, or lack thereof.Very impractical design and I think very uncomfortable for her Imperfect design .
