The warranty card for the product says "15 days without reason to return and 3 years warranty period from date of purchase in check". Sounds good, but there's no information anywhere on where to send or who to contact. I turned the device on and used it for a quick test and it seems perfect. (I have a 600W Bosch mixer. You won't find one that powerful in the US.) This boost converter is quiet, at least when demand is light. The specified power corresponds to the power required by the mixer. (An outdoor spinning whisk uses 30 watts.) Poor rating because I'm worried about how anyone can actually make a warranty claim without providing information. Shipping this batch of bricks to China can be prohibitive.
