Resistant to chilled custard paste

It's nice that these reasonably priced bags were thick and strong enough to accommodate wrapping (several per bag) chilled choux pastry balls. I mostly use (reusable) impregnated fabric Wunderbags and they definitely don't roll up as easily on top and don't have as much grip. So my younger students struggled to pass the test in these bags. That means we've gotten used to it. There were no issues with the gap; easy to fill; inexpensive enough to simply throw away, leaving only the couplers and tips for cleaning.

EXTRA CLEAN AND CONVENIENT: Made from virgin food grade plastic. Just use then discard for quick and easy cleanup
