***** SEE BELOW TO UPDATE THIS ORIGINAL ITEM! Had to return the first one I bought. Dents, scratches, etc. It looked used. Even this second one they sent as a replacement looks like it's been discarded, refurbished or something so I'm a bit skeptical about that but we'll see. It has only been used a few times so far but seems to be working. In any event, I'm glad I bought the extended warranty. So now that I've had this device for three weeks now, I'm really not happy. It was only used a couple of times, started making noise, ate the laminating sheets and then stopped altogether! Not satisfied at all! Now I'm trying to contact the warranty company because it seems I've had the device too long (3 weeks?) and I can't return it. Yes!
