So it melts chocolate very well and is easy to clean. I love the versatility of using different sized pots. But. there are no handles and to do anything with it you have to hold it with pot holders on either side. When it came time to pour out the boiling water, I had to ask my husband for help. I held the top with chocolate and it poured out the water. This was important as the item has a rounded base and cannot be placed on a table or counter. You need to plant it in a pot to keep it upright. With no handle, there was nothing to hold on to as he dipped the chocolate-covered peanuts onto the baking sheet. Once it cooled I was able to hold it aside to fix it. I thought I was saving money but now I'm buying a real steamer to make the job a lot easier. Big disappointment.
