Excellent neutral colour, easy to read dial and date window. The date window is very small so not for the visually impaired if they need this feature but for me it's great! Having worked in watch retail for over 10 years with much more expensive or popular brands I think at this price point this look was a great purchase. I'm guessing it's a very basic quartz battery movement but the dial, hands and overall quality is good and looks more upscale. Very easy. The wooden links are strong and beautifully finished. This is NOT a watch you want to get wet; definitely for the office or going out. Came with a link removal tool that was easy to use if you know what you are doing. The listing is his and hers but I received a ladies watch, I don't think it would fit an average sized man, perhaps if you had a small wrist.
