The computer itself is good but the problem is that Asus gives 1 year accidental damage protection on computers, but only on laptops NOT purchased from Best Buy. After my husband accidentally spilled water on his laptop the other day and it wouldn't turn on, I called Asus knowing there was a cover but they said this laptop is from Best Buy based on the serial number and it won't turn on was resold through Revain. So we lost $769 (to save 2 years) after the laptop only lasted 8 weeks. I am very sorry to buy from this seller. The fact that you lose accident protection when buying from this seller due to the original place of purchase should have been revealed somewhere in the description!
