As a result of using this product, I found that it was poorly designed and not durable for automotive use. The spare tire carrier was difficult to install and once on the trailer, the tire still seemed to bounce around and not remain secure. The only pro was that it provided a place to store the spare tire. However, the cons outweighed this one benefit as the carrier did not do its intended job of securely holding the tire in place during travel.
