I recently bought a stool from the same company. I was very pleasantly surprised to see that he slightly exceeded my expectations. Then I bought another one without a back or decorative nails. A screw hole in it was cleaned during assembly. I contacted a company of friends and they said they would send replacements immediately. They sent the parts as promised and the problem was fixed. I would buy these stools again and recommend them to everyone. The second stool I bought didn't get the one with the studs on the side. I had a few and spent an hour and a half installing them very carefully. It was a stupid idea. For the $15 saved I lost a lot of time and it's still not as good as working in a factory. Only buy what you really want, right from the start. They look great and are worth it. The screws are a little easy to be torn off, so be careful when installing. I don't recommend applying lockite to threads like some people do. The screws aren't going anywhere, and removing them increases your chances of removing the screws.
