The skirt itself went up. There is a silk lining that is so small I couldn't pull it over my hips in a size 00. The skirt has a very rigid structure and didn't even fit my body well. Longer than expected. The waist was too big and the lining too small. I bought two at a time thinking that if they matched the price would be great. I ordered two skirts in size XS and received two skirts in different sizes. a small and an xs. The gray had no lining, and while it didn't stick out as much or as harshly as the black, it was a completely different design. The gray had three fake buttons down the front while the black had none. Gray was small and huge. Overall the skirt was much prettier, softer and easier to fit around my body, but because it was so big I couldn't hold it. Think twice before you order. Sizes vary because styles vary. Look carefully at the pictures before placing an order.
