Compact, crisp display and ready for Windows 10!

I really thought I was taking a chance with this screen, but I'm rarely lucky enough to be wrong! Not only did it arrive much sooner than expected, but it's actually capable of displaying Full HD resolution (though not as sharp as its original HD). Pair this little guy with an Intel Stick computer and I have a handy (and cheap!) little all-in-one touch system that's perfect for use with my custom app/game web controls suitable. Perfect, exactly what I was looking for! A few things I would also like to point out based on other reviews I've seen: * This is an inexpensive touchscreen, not a gaming monitor. Colors need some tweaking to be "close enough" and viewing angles are more limited than pricier panels. That's to be expected at this price. Features cost more. * It uses a fairly common touch controller natively supported by Windows 7-10 and most major Linux distributions without additional drivers. Expensive 3Com screens don't even work that easily! Apple doesn't support third-party accessories, so the drivers need to be checked and validated by you first. *I haven't tested the Raspberry Pi yet, but I suspect it will make more of a fuss than the "official" touchscreen. *As with almost ALL touchscreens, a USB connection is required if you want touch input. Touch inputs are not transmitted over the video cable; It is a separate "device" just like a mouse and requires a USB connection to your computer to install and operate.

Pros
  • Although it has been refurbished, it works great. About 35% saved.
Cons
  • A few little things
