Overall I really like this product, it met my expectations... I bought it because I really dislike lip balms that contain parabens and other types of wax. I was expecting it to be soft, but it's a bit soft even for what I was expecting, almost like a thick cream. It's not necessarily a bad thing... Just understand what you're buying. It works well to repair damaged skin, but be aware that it doesn't offer any true SPF. So if that's what you're looking for, it's probably not what you're looking for. I'm deducting a star because I think the value for money isn't as good as it could be. I really like the product and will probably buy it again, but I find it overpriced and wish it was about 15% cheaper. Things I don't do and that's the most important thing to me. And what I really want, what's really important to me, is at the top of the list of ingredients.
