I bought 4 packs of unscented lip balm because I have very sensitive skin. The fragrance-free balm is great! Unfortunately they sent me 3 honey roses in a package that I cannot use. The sellers sent me a new package without returning the original. But this time I got all 4 honey roses which I explained I can't use. I bought four packs of this lip balm because it was the only size offered. There is no taste or smell. Everything is fine with three test tubes, the fourth seems to have sand in it. I've had this problem before with lip balms from other small companies. I don't know if it heats too long or not long enough. Also, the label doesn't stick to the tube very well, so I took it off and found that the base ends a half inch from the bottom of the tube, so for $8 I got four tubes that were only 3/4 full…
