This is a great doorbell. I didn't install it myself, I had my tech savvy child do that but she didn't have any problems with it. I got all the parts I ordered in a timely manner and everything works. The only problem I had with it was that it didn't stick to my stucco wall. I had to stick it on the door itself. I was hoping that it would stick to the stucco, seems like I read an answer to one of the questions that said it would. But that's a minor problem and hardly a complaint because nothing much sticks to the rough surface of stucco.
