I read many reviews before purchasing this journal as a gift and I am thrilled to say, my recipient was just as excited, impressed, and overwhelmed as so many others I read about. The craftsmanship is exceptional, the quality speaks for itself, I have given gifts that were appreciated before, but I can honestly say the only other gift I have given that was this well received was a used minivan to my daughter during pregnancy #2. It may be a bit of a reach comparing such drastically different gifts, but the recipient of this journal is a work colleague who travels for pleasure frequently, and has gone out of her way 4 times today to say thank you.
