Is this a quality camera stand for follow focus setup or if you are building a shoulder rig? I use this with Panasonic G7 and their Smallrig cage. It works --- But in my use case: the bar installed on the side of the battery door prevents the door from opening fully to remove the battery. (It does, however, open wide enough to eject the SD card). A good solution would be a DCC8-Coupler Battery Mockup. Otherwise, do not install the rod on the side of the battery door. The M5 screws don't match any of the templates on the G7 separator so I used the two 1/4" screws that came with it. Excellent. Prevents the base from "rotating". Good price!
