I purchased a HiBoy S2 back in January of this year and have used it almost daily for commuting to work and school (10 miles a day). The battery has been sufficient and has seldom left me stranded (only once, read below) which I think is great considering the price and intensity to which I have used it.Last month though, the scooter broke down while I was commuting and I was forced to bring it to a shop for repair. It turned out the battery just gave out during one of my trips and a replacement battery was necessary. Even though they are offered for $160 on ebay, the support team was super helpful and arranged to have one sent to me at no cost. They were very quick in responding and even send tutorial videos for replacing parts. Despite the slight hiccup with the device, I know I am in good hands, and just an email away from being in touch with solutions for getting back on the road! Thank you HiBoy!
