I'm not a fan of reviews but this time I have to. I'm training for Ultra 50 miles. I received the vest yesterday. Today I just wanted to ride 10 miles to see what it's like. Was great for under $40 what a deal. The bladder holds 2 litters, although it is 1.5 liters. I think I overfilled it. The first 2 miles were a bit spuissy and a bit bouncy so I drank 0.5L and sucked all the air out of my bladder. Soft stop and quick stop. I felt great so I kept running the next 13 miles after drinking all the water plus 3 GI. Add more water to the bladder and continue another 5 miles. I could have run more but I decided to stop because my race is exactly a week from now. I love this vest. It hugs me very well. At first I thought he was small. It adapted to my body as I ran by adjusting the straps. I'm 5 feet 6 inches and weigh 155 pounds. There are many bags that I didn't use today. The zip pocket fits my iPhone 6, something bigger might not fit. Attached photos were when I had covered 20 miles, everyone was smiling. Give it a try and be careful with your bag. Happy streets!
