Not a bad product but I came back for three reasons. The heat feels great and works great. However, the massager feels like a massive vibration/thrust on your legs. There were multiple massage/vibration settings but I don't see how anyone can think this is practical. 2. Heavy enough. You really need to keep your legs straight, so you're limited to sitting on a couch or chair with your legs raised to use them. It's not very easy to walk in and doesn't have enough flexibility to use it in a seated position, so I'd use it sometimes, but I didn't feel like sitting on the couch for 30 minutes with the power on. 3. It's really big and bulky. I thought several times, where should I keep this thing? It has a long cord and more wires connecting the pads. As said, the pads are hard so they cannot be folded for storage. Because of their size and all the wires and cables, it's just bulky and a mess.
