Review on EdenProducts by Joshua Cameron

I just placed an order with EdenProducts for some home decor products because they claimed to "bring style and functionality to your home." However, I had a really poor experience with this internet store. First of all, it took more than two weeks for the shipping to arrive. Second, the products' quality was below par. The things didn't resemble the fashionable and useful items featured on the website; instead, they were cheap and fragile. Furthermore, I received useless and condescending responses when I contacted customer service to convey my dissatisfaction. I felt frustrated and unheard since the representative I dealt with showed no interest in resolving my problems. Overall, if you're seeking for fashionable and high-quality home décor, I wouldn't suggest EdenProducts. The experience was not worth the hype because both the items and the customer service drastically failed to live up to their claims.
