Review on Tour Operator Management System by Michael Hellewell

The most useful part about this software was that it helped us to track our clients, their booking information as well as payments made by them in real time without any delay or error! It also helps me keep my records organized very easily which I really appreciate because there are so many other programs out here but they all seem too complicated compared to what we need from such program. There were some problems when using certain features like tracking payment details etc., sometimes these things just don't work properly even though you have followed instructions carefully enough!! But overall everything worked fine except maybe one thing (which i will mention later) otherwise its great. Its definitely worth trying if your looking into something similar. We needed help keeping up-to date with client's bookings/payment info while at same times being able to organize files according to dates & locations visited during.
