When I first received the scarf, I was so excited to feel it! It didn't disappoint! It's so soft and the length is perfect for wrapping around your neck. The first scarf I had had a 5cm bald spot. I contacted the seller and they were so good! They were very apologetic and sent me a new one with no problem. While waiting for a new one and it took a little longer than the normal delivery time, they were kind enough to add a free gift. This rating is 5 stars because: 1. The scarf is very pretty, soft and great quality! I can see that I have been using this scarf for a very long time2. The price is amazing! This quality I see comes from Bloomingdales or any other expensive department store that is much more expensive3. Customer service was just great! The seller responds quickly and responsibly. Hard to find a seller these days that cares so much. I highly recommend buying this scarf and it will be a great fashion addition! Definitely makes a statement! I got many, many compliments on it. Some of my colleagues even came up to me and stroked my scarf!
