This is a really beautifully designed product with exceptional attention to detail. It works almost as well as razors that cost five times as much and have so many thoughtful little features. If you don't mind having to constantly buy disposable batteries you could probably use this shaver for everyday use, it's better than many electric shavers I've had in the past. Blade. Of course, a foil razor is fragile and this thin foil can easily be damaged in transit. It has a smart lid that snaps securely in place to protect the razor, but then the lid pops off slightly but stays permanently attached to the razor so you can't lose it. Then there's the power button, which is carefully recessed into the case so it doesn't stick out and requires just enough force to ensure it doesn't accidentally turn on in your luggage. There's also a small cleaning brush that snaps securely into the base, and a tiny retractable trimmer that, despite its extremely small size, works surprisingly well when you really need it. This is a head but it offers a very close shave. , and the disposable battery lasts quite a long time between swaps. Even the decision to drive on traditional batteries is brilliant, so you never have to worry about charging cables, foreign-made plug adapters and all. After all, if you ever lose it while traveling, it's cheap to replace. The batteries should be replaced (or do the same and bring a spare set when I know I've reached the end of the line). There is no easy way to find out how many disposable batteries are left, and no way to tell if you need new batteries. And since alkaline batteries are used, you should probably remove them from the shaver if you don't travel often. But these are minor issues at best. Mine has now driven many, many thousands of kilometers successfully and is a true street fighter's friend. I wish there were more products like this. This is tremendous value.
