Wonderful all natural balm with a light herbal lavender scent (made from essential oils of lavender and sage), only 7 ingredients in this balm and that's all I know and can say. It doubles as a skin moisturizer and works really well on dry cuticles and hands after all that hand washing and alcohol spray. Also great for cracked heels. This is a truly versatile balm made from pure ingredients. I felt a little weird every time I put my hands in the jar, so I bought a diaper cream applicator and used it. Every little scoop is enough to keep germs out of the container. I don't usually worry about this too much, but when it comes to what I use for my little one, I take extra precautions when needed. Overall, I'm glad I found this. I feel like it lasts a lot longer than HonestBaby balm in a tube. I use this at night and use zinc based diaper cream during the day and we managed to avoid all diaper rashes within a few months.
