This UV Pro resin is ideal for casting. This requires a 1:1 mix (I weighed) and 5 minutes of mixing with sides and bottom as usual. They then recommend pouring it into a clean mug and stirring for another 3 minutes (a pain so I didn't). There was no noticeable odor, the resin mixed well with alcohol inks and various glitters. I had to light the bladders twice, once within minutes of filling and again about 20 minutes later. I poured the resin at 3:30 p.m. and at 11:00 p.m. it was still soft (even very small pieces were still soft). All pieces were fully cured by 9:00 am the next day and there was no tack. The instructions are well written and easy to follow, stating that while this resin offers good UV resistance, "this product is not intended for prolonged outdoor use or direct UV exposure".
