Excellent customer service. Contacted them and they fixed the problem. Do not wash in the dishwasher. After three washes, the coating will disappear and rust will appear. Food falls out immediately. no need for sprays or removal devices. They replied that washing in the dishwasher is not recommended. but not recommended. Just say hand wash required.
