The support team are pretty poor, I contacted them yesterday afternoon to see if they could tell me how to create a report for our campaign.
I was given two choices of how to view the reports and both were impossible. One required that I install a plugin to the site which I didn't have access to, the other required that I download the database and use SQL query against it. After hours of searching I finally gave up and asked them to cancel the report, the first option. As I said, pretty poor customer support. Not sure why they are still around!

- The reporting system seems to be pretty basic
- Reports seem to be very hard to create (need plugins)
- Reporting takes too long to load/create
