Very knowledgeable and professional staff

The team at precisdigital has been very helpful with our SEO issues over several years. They are always responsive when I have questions or need help for specific projects that they aren't familiar with. We've had some good success using their services but there's nothing really bad about them as far as my experience goes. If you're looking for an agency who will do what it takes to get your website ranking higher than where you would like then this may be worth considering. Their expertise…

The support team are pretty poor, I contacted them yesterday afternoon to see if they could tell me how to create a report for our campaign.

I was given two choices of how to view the reports and both were impossible. One required that I install a plugin to the site which I didn't have access to, the other required that I download the database and use SQL query against it. After hours of searching I finally gave up and asked them to cancel the report, the first option. As I said, pretty poor customer support. Not sure why they are still around!
