I'll admit I was 100% skeptical when I got it but it stopped right away. You feel the stretch IMMEDIATELY and the more I use them, the more I like them. The arch is adjustable in three different settings and I used the middle one. As soon as you lie down, you may feel some discomfort - not painful, but not something you want to do for long periods of time. The manual recommends using the device for 10-15 minutes, so I set the timer to 10 minutes because that's about my limit with it. At the same time, the moment I stand up, I absolutely feel the difference in my back. As a desk worker, this is ideal for stretching your back after a long day at work. It also comes with two massage balls which to be honest are just a bonus for me. They're perfect for locating problem areas, but the real winner is the stretcher.
