When I purchased headphones for $350, I anticipated premium quality and sound disclosure, as well as fresh impressions. However, the sound is not distinguishable from the sound produced by headphones costing less than $100. The sound is not particularly impressive, particularly for casual music listeners. But, although the lower frequencies cover a fairly broad range, you won't be able to pick up on any deep or rumbling bass. At medium and high frequencies, I hear some roughness, and every once in a while, wheezing. While these issues are not deal breakers, I did anticipate more serious sound disclosure in this price range. Due to the latency, wireless headphones cannot be used for anything else besides listening to music. This makes them completely useless. It takes almost a second for a response to be heard in the headphones after pressing a button. Because of this, it is difficult to even communicate comfortably in voice chats; there is nothing to say about games at all. Noise canceling is effective at reducing the volume of audible sounds that can be classified as noises, such as the sound of a microwave, kettle, or drilling machine; but, it is not effective enough to reduce the volume of the human voice or the clatter of a keyboard. The elimination of noise results in the introduction of new sounds. The majority of headphones are of the closed-back variety. Yet, because they let any and all sounds to pass through, everyone around you will be able to hear whatever it is that you are listening to; in this sense, they function as portable speakers. It is intriguing that the manufacturer included a case but skimped on the wires, given that it is unlikely that a meter of chord would be sufficient for a wired connection if your computer or sound card is not on the table next to you. In the event that the headphones were one hundred dollars, I believe that I would be able to overlook all of these flaws; however, in light of the fact that they are priced at this range, I do not accept these flaws. I really wish that the bloggers who are so enthused about these headphones would really spend the money to buy them and give them a shot for more than just a couple of hours at a time.
