I have to say this case is amazing. I have never had a phanteks product and after seeing the extremely negative review I canceled my order. Then I ordered it again a few days later. Little did I know at first that there is a cutout on the back of the case to showcase SSDs. I'm not a fan of it. There is one panel that is harder to pull off the hinges, I was afraid to spray WD-40 on it because I don't want to spray the whole case. I have silicone grease that I have used on door hinges and it works great. I would suggest applying a small amount of silicone lube if you experience this problem. This case also required a lot (and I mean a lot) of patience with the wiring in this case. The doors close with magnets, so the cables don't protrude from the case like they do with a traditional metal side panel with a screw. It took me a day and a half to fix everything and I have all 4 HDD and SSD slots full. Also with the mesh filter on the front, I had to cut the zip tie and move the preinstalled/managed cable because the top right corner of the filter was loose and didn't close properly. Aside from the effort and time this thing takes, I really love it. Another note that some people will find quite big compared to the competition is that I threw away a full ATX case that I wasn't using, so it's relatively small for me.
