
I've run cross country on and off for 6 years. I decided to try this beetroot product in preparation for the 2018 Zion 100 Mile Run in southern Utah. Having tried other supplements in the past with mediocre results, I was surprised to see noticeable results after taking Beet Pro. My workout times improved rapidly within a few weeks after I started taking it. I also did much better than expected on the Zion 100. I ended up in less than 24 hours where I was expecting about 27 hours. I continue to use it in my workouts and recommend it to other runners.
