Review on CCYC Voltage Converter Supply Adapter by Kenny Beyer

I bought another Drok inverter to convert 5vdc to 12vdc and it worked like a charm, powering my MinisForum microcomputer with two USB ports attached to it. The downside to this was that it had a switch to switch the output from 9V to 12V. It was rated at 1A at 9V and 0.8A at 12V. This inverter is rated at 0.8A at 12V. According to the specifications, these two are the same. This unit does not power my microcomputer even without a hard drive connected. No starter. Maybe the other one was supplying more than the rated current, I don't know as I can't measure the USB current.
