Review on Efficient Windshield Wiper Arm Removal with OEMTOOLS 25319 Puller by Gary Stringfield

I bought this puller to remove the windshield arms from my 12 year old Saturn Ion after the wiper gear had failed. couldn't turn the plastic handle far enough to move the wiper arm. So I turned to using adjustable pliers to twist the plastic handle, which resulted in the expected result of cutting off the plastic handle. However, removing the handle allowed me to use pliers to pinch the rest of the bolt shank and continue turning. Eventually, the tool's frame began to buckle and the screws began to loosen. under power. I ended up not being able to remove the wiper arms with this tool and messing up the tool in the process. Obviously I used this tool outside of its design so I can't say it was a defective or bad tool, but it definitely wasn't up to the task of removing those stubborn wiper arms.
