Review on inwinyo by Jack Ford

The customer service is great! We love being able to talk to someone about our questions or concerns via chat at any time. I like how it's easy to create lists so we can send them emails all at once instead of having to go back and forth. It would be helpful if they had more templates for different types of emails (like a template for an introduction email). It's also helpful if you could use it without having to pay for a month. If you're looking for something that will help you scale your sales process, then this is a tool that you should consider. We've been using inwinyo for a while now and we have not noticed any downsides.
