Easy integration with Salesforce and great customer service

The ability to create lists as well! I like how easy it is for me build my own emails or send them directly from our CRM system without having an account manager do all this work manually (which they usually won't). It's not very good at sending multiple copies simultaneously when someone clicks "send" but if one person does then maybe others will too? Not sure what their end goal was here because we've been using other email marketing software so i'm just guessing - probably something more…

Great platform with awesome support

The customer service is great! We love being able to talk to someone about our questions or concerns via chat at any time. I like how it's easy to create lists so we can send them emails all at once instead of having to go back and forth. It would be helpful if they had more templates for different types of emails (like a template for an introduction email). It's also helpful if you could use it without having to pay for a month. Would HIGHLY recommend if you're looking in having your own lead generation platform

The most useful thing about this software is it's ability to target prospects who fit into our niche industry very well! It also allows us to segment lists so we can narrow down searches for specific industries/niche markets which makes finding qualified leads easier than ever before. I wish there was more flexibility when setting up campaigns (ie being able to edit fields after they've been created). We have used InWino as part of an email marketing campaign but haven't found any other…

  • Ability run multiple mailings simultaneously with low cost per mailing.
  • Segmentation options are easy enough that anyone should be capable without much training if needed, making targeting simple &/or complex depending upon your needs
