The most useful thing about this software is it's ability to target prospects who fit into our niche industry very well! It also allows us to segment lists so we can narrow down searches for specific industries/niche markets which makes finding qualified leads easier than ever before. I wish there was more flexibility when setting up campaigns (ie being able to edit fields after they've been created). We have used InWino as part of an email marketing campaign but haven't found any other benefits at all - not even better deliverability rates from using their service compared to ours or others like them. Our main benefit has actually come by accident; since sending emails through another provider didn’t allow me access to analytics data regarding open rate percentages etc., my team decided to try running some tests ourselves via Google Analytics instead which showed great results!
