Review on HP ENVY 6055E Wireless Printer by Anthony Mayes

I've only had problems with this printer. First, there is no menu on the printer itself. You should try to do everything on your smartphone. It is very difficult to connect to a Mac. He's always in trouble. I was in tech support for 3 1/2 hours today and they couldn't fix it. They kept doing the same thing over and over again. I wasted 45 sheets of paper printing a junk printer information report. Now they tell me to wait a few more days and they will contact me. Avoid this printer like Covid 19! This is the most user-unfriendly printer, and combined with a Mac that is also user-unfriendly, it creates an impossible situation. Basically, I don't have a printer and I doubt HP will ever be able to get it to work the way they've tried and do the same thing over and over again.
