Very strong, threads are accurate, I like the rubber coating
These magnets are nice and strong, and seem like they meet the rated 55lb specs. The 1/4 and 3/8 threads have worked with all camera equipment I've used it with so far. Additionally, I do like the rubber coating. It does reduce scratching (obviously make sure there's no dirt on the surface you're attaching it to), and it helps increase the horizontal pulling force this can withstand. I am unsure how long the rubber coating will last if exposed to the elements, though.
