Samsung could not be reached. When the memory card was installed in my phone, it was no longer read on my mobile phone and computer. No response from Samsung got it to Best Buy, they told me they had to send it to another department to try and get my photos and it would cost me $400. I'm really disappointed that I endured so many first born photos including our baby photos. Now they are all lost. Samsung didn't respond, just sent a replacement. What I don't want to use.
