These fenders fit my 2019 Tiguan S perfectly. I used the screws that came with it as they had a thicker thread. The rear fenders were installed using the two existing wheel arch bolt holes and I removed the T15 plastic screw from the underside and replaced it with the included Phillips head screw. I found it easier to start with the middle screw, top screw, and bottom screw. For the front fenders I started with the bottom screw as it needed more alignment to attach, the middle screw and then the top screw to use the clamp provided to secure the screw in the existing fender panel as there was no hole for it the top gave screws. Otherwise fenders look great for a fraction of the retail price. Installation time was 20 minutes, and tools such as a 1/4" ratchet and socket to hold a T25 bit to remove the bolts from the wheel well (3" between tire and wheel well), a Philips bit to install the ones provided screws, and used a T15 bit. to remove the bottom rear screws.
