Competent adapter MHF4-MHF1. Reasonable price of $6.99.
Purchased to connect an Intel 9260NGW m.2 Wi-Fi card with two MHF4 male connectors to a pigtail antenna with two MHF1 female connectors. Borrowing from other comments, the ports are a bit finicky. I would recommend using the back of a ballpoint pen or other flat-ended tool to hold the adapter in place. I'm willing to forgive the hassle of plugging in an adapter, considering there are three adapters (just in case one breaks) and they come shrink-wrapped, all for $6.99, which is reasonable is.
