Minimal effort was made to protect the ACER monitor box for shipping, the seller/Revain could have packed the shipping box better. I'm a bit shocked, the monitor was undamaged (-1 star to the seller). There is a loose piece floating inside the monitor, I hope it's not metal or part of my monitor (-1 star for the manufacturer). Overall you get what you pay for. It looks like it would make a good second monitor. There seems to be some update lag, so I wouldn't use/recommend it as the primary monitor.
