Well made part but won't fit vintage Chevy Vans. The quality of this item is absolutely fine. Welds look good, good weight, not cheap brittle thin wall steel. The installation is not suitable for some older vans. I have a 78 G20 Van (original old school Shaggin Wagon). At the time, Chevy had two different door mounts: mid-mount and low-mount. This luggage rack will fit the driver's door with the medium sized screw holes (about 8-12 inches from the bottom of the rear window), NOT the low screw holes (about 8 inches from the bottom of the door). The picture looks correct but it isn't and there is no product description of what years it fits, so 3 stars.
