Seagate Constellation Series hard drives are business drives. Differs from consumer drives in firmware and much higher reliability. In addition, these drives are persistently compatible with all RAID levels on virtually any system. I use them in QNAP NAS boxes. These aren't the highest-capacity drives in the line (they have 2GB 3.5-inch drives), but the smaller drives have a lot more room to cool when installed in sealed NAS enclosures. And cooling is all that's needed to extend the life of the drive. You get what you pay for with these small drives.
